1. Not Approved by the Doctor
If you are not approved for medical marijuana certification in Pennsylvania during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may not qualify for a refund.
3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Payments
- If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, a full refund will be issued once verified.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Some fees and services are non-refundable in compliance with Pennsylvania medical cannabis regulations:
- State registration fees paid directly to the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program are non-refundable.
- Patients who miss their appointment (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund.
- Patients who are approved by a physician but fail to complete their state application are not eligible for a refund.
